Roasted in the oven gives these Brussels sprouts a nice crunch.

Ingredients:
• 1-2 lbs of shredded/chopped Brussels sprouts

Trying a new side dish is much safer than a main dish. You wont be at a total loss if it's not enjoyed.
Branch out and induce new vegetables to your family occasionally. You might be surprised at how much they enjoy them.
