• Re-clean Policy: We take pride in our work. We offer a complimentary re-clean of any missed areas reported within 24 hours of service. This is strictly limited to the original agreed-upon scope of work and is subject to property access.

• Cancellation & Rescheduling: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling requests. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.
